Return Policy

Here are the rules:

  

  • Return New Items Only: Returned clothes and accessories must be in new, unworn condition without any damages and  with the original hang tag attached. When appropriate, we recommend you try on clothing with an undergarment.


  • Some Items Can’t Be Returned: Unfortunately, Final Sale items cannot be returned. All SALE items are      FINAL SALE. These items are marked as such online during your purchase to alleviate confusion. Please      make note of it.


  • A Refund If  Returned Within 30 Days: If the items you ordered are not what you expected in size, fit or style, we will gladly provide you with a refund or store credit on any regular priced items in your order within 30 days of purchase. We will even cover the return shipping cost for U.S. shipping addresses only. Use our automated return system to start your return and access your free shipping label or contact customer service for assistance.


  • Items Can Not Be Returned After 30 Days.


  • Gifts Can Be Returned For An Online Store Credit: Items must be in new, unworn condition with original hang tags attached. The original order number is required to complete the return via our automated system. If you have any trouble using our automated system      to access your free shipping label contact customer service for assistance.


  • Remember to Keep the Tags On: Please remember to keep all tags on if you want to return the item. If you return an item without the original hang tag attached, the return will not be processed.


  • Automated  Return Center: Access your return center online, select the item(s) you would like to return, get a refund estimate, download your free shipping label. Your refund will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
